Product Introduction


Inconel 601 plate is a Ni Cr Fe based solid solution strengthening alloy with excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, which is suitable for the environment below 700 ℃. Its chemical composition includes nickel (58%-63%), chromium (21%-25%) and iron (surplus), as well as a small amount of aluminum (1.0%-1.7%) and carbon (0.10% maximum). Inconel 601 plate has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, with tensile strength of 650 MPa (annealing treatment), yield strength of 300 MPa and elongation of 30%. It can still maintain good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1180 ℃, and can form a dense oxide film even in the process of heating and cooling cycle, so it has high spalling resistance.
